The man who is believed to have raided out-door coin boxes at local car washes has been arrested. James Dean Raper faces, 48 of Buford, faces 11 counts of theft and 13 counts of criminal damage to properties, according to police.

For several months, video cameras caught a single man raiding this boxes. Mr. Raper was arrested on a routine patrol.
